The former Lai Chi Kok Hospital will become the Jao Tsung-I Academy, named after the renowned Chinese scholar and artist, Professor Jao Tsung-I. The new centre will aim to promote Chinese culture and history, using a blend of environmental and urban design. The project is set for completion in 2012.
