mycar , an environmentally friendly emission-free electric vehicle (EV) developed jointly by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a technology company, highlights the Government's aim to create a green Hong Kong economy. The EV has already gone on sale in Hong Kong and in several European countries. The Government has set up a steering committee to study the wider use of electric vehicles in the city.
