A government delegation led by the Financial Secretary, Mr Antony Leung, begins talks at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in Beijing on the Chief Executive's proposal to set up a Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) with the Mainland.
