| Age-old methods are used to prepare a Fire Dragon made of sticks for a ceremony during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is one of the five major Chinese festivals observed in Hong Kong as occasions for family union and feasting. The others are the Lunar New Year, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Ching Ming Festival in spring and Chung Yeung Festival on the ninth day of the ninth moon. |
